Implants

 ** DO NOT GIVE OUT INTERNAL IMPLANT EMAIL ADDRESS **

If patient emails to scheduling team email address, you MUST notate in QRIS you made them aware it is NOT secure, and pt must agree to only use it this 1x to send the implant documentation.  Pt should fax implant documentation, bring it to a center, or have their doctor fax, it if they are unable to fax.  ALWAYS consult a manger BEFORE giving out a scheduling team email address!!
