- New Kia Vehicles: All new Kia vehicles come with one year of complimentary Roadside Assistance.
- Extended Coverage: You can extend your coverage for up to eight years by returning your vehicle to an authorized Kia dealer for annual scheduled services.
What services does Kia Roadside Assistance offer?
- Flat Battery Assistance: We'll provide a jump start or replace your battery if necessary.
- Towing: If your vehicle can't be repaired on-site, we'll tow it to the nearest authorized Kia dealer.
- Lockout Assistance: We can help if you're locked out of your vehicle.
- On-Site Repairs: In certain cases, our technicians can make minor repairs on the spot.
- Travel Assistance: We can assist with travel arrangements if your breakdown causes significant delays.
- Urgent Message Relay: We can connect you with family, friends, or business associates if needed.

If you experience a breakdown more than 100 kilometers from home and it lasts over 24 hours, we offer:
- Accommodation Assistance: We can help cover the cost of accommodation for you and your passengers.
- Rental Car Assistance: We can provide a rental car for your convenience.
- Caravan/Trailer Transport: We can arrange transport for your caravan or trailer.
- Recovery Assistance: We can arrange for your vehicle to be delivered to your home or intended destination.
How to Request Roadside Assistance:
- Call 131 KIA (13 15 42).
- Select the Roadside Assistance option.
- Provide your vehicle information and describe the issue.
