Steps

1. Get the product name and, if possible, the product code from the label.
2. Find the current SDS in the Bostik document library. Every product sold in Australia has an SDS no older than 5 years.
3. Email the PDF to the customer, or send the link by chat or WhatsApp.
4. Log the request on the Salesforce contact.

First aid

• If someone has swallowed a product, has it in their eyes, or is unwell, tell the customer to call the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26, or 000 in an emergency.
• Do not give medical advice beyond what is in Section 4 of the SDS.

Escalate to Technical Services when

• The customer needs an SDS in another language or for a discontinued product.
• A workplace safety incident is reported. Log it as a product incident as well.
